The Think Pharmacy Generation 2 project!

Think Pharmacy G2, launched in May 2008 at Chermside, transcends what is know as “Community Pharmacy”. It is a pharmacy that genuinely supports the needs of the contemporary “community” and our stakeholders within that community. This is done by employing new technologies designed to creatively facilitate access to our products and services in novel and streamline ways. Specifically these initiatives are:

Think Scripts – an in-store and web-based method to enable our customers to manage and order their prescriptions. The benefit to our customer is that they always have access to their prescription information and can arrange priority processing, pre-arranged pickup, or home delivery.

Quantum Dispense – a revolutionary Pharmacy and Dispensary Management platform designed to vastly increase the throughput of a dispensary; accurately. It will integrate new dispensary automation technology; also devised by the group and Tosho (our Japanese partner). The system will monitor every step of the dispensing process and provide interactive feedback to pharmacy staff and the customer.

Healthy Thinking – is a web-based life-time of care concept. It is designed to identify patients that may benefit from a more attentive approach to managing their health during times of increased risk; such as diagnosis of a longer-term illness. After identifying such patients, Healthy Thinking provides the tools to formulate goals and actions to optimise health outcomes for the patient through a managed care model.

Think Pharmacy Online –will enable customers to access their Think Pharmacy products and services from home, work or wherever they can access the internet; again accentuating the seamless delivery of our products and services to our customers.
